Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions define the terms of sale of services offered by Afrinov Tech Expo, including: - Registration and participation in the Afrinov Tech Expo event - Access to the different packages offered (Startup Pass, Tech Pass, University Pass) - Associated services (networking, conference access, exhibition space, etc.) Any registration implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

**2.1 Registration Process** Registration can be done: - Online at https://afrinovtechexpo.com - By email at info@afrinovtechexpo.com - By phone at +224 626 959 538 **2.2 Registration Validation** Registration is considered final after: - Receipt of the complete registration form - Full payment of the amount corresponding to the chosen package - Sending of an email confirmation **2.3 Information Provided** The participant agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date information. Any false declaration may result in cancellation of registration without refund.

**3.1 Available Packages** - **Startup Pass**: Full access for startups and entrepreneurs - **Tech Pass**: Premium access with additional benefits - **University Pass**: Preferential rate for students and academics **3.2 Prices** Prices are indicated in USD (US Dollars) or GNF (Guinean Francs) on the website. They are subject to change without notice, with applicable rates being those in effect at the time of registration. **3.3 VAT** Displayed prices are inclusive of all taxes in accordance with Guinean regulations.

**4.1 Payment Methods** Payment can be made by: - Credit card (Visa, Mastercard) - Bank transfer - Mobile Money (Orange Money, MTN Money) - On-site payment (subject to availability) **4.2 Payment Deadline** Full payment must be made within 7 days of booking. After this period, the reservation may be cancelled. **4.3 Default of Payment** In case of payment default, Afrinov Tech Expo reserves the right to refuse access to the event.

**5.1 Cancellation by the Participant** - **More than 30 days before the event**: Full refund minus 10% handling fee - **Between 15 and 30 days**: 50% refund - **Less than 15 days**: No refund **5.2 Registration Postponement** The participant may request to postpone their registration to a future edition, subject to availability and a 15% fee. **5.3 Cancellation by the Organizer** In case of event cancellation by Afrinov Tech Expo due to force majeure, participants will be fully refunded. No additional compensation will be due. **5.4 Program Modification** Afrinov Tech Expo reserves the right to modify the program, speakers, or schedules without this giving rise to a refund.

**6.1 Access Badge** A personalized badge will be given to each registered participant. This badge is personal and non-transferable. **6.2 Access Control** Afrinov Tech Expo reserves the right to refuse access to anyone: - Not presenting a valid badge - Whose behavior would be contrary to event rules - Under the influence of alcohol or illicit substances **6.3 Hours** Event opening and closing times will be communicated before the event. Participants agree to respect them.

**7.1 Organizer's Liability** Afrinov Tech Expo commits to implementing all necessary means to ensure the smooth running of the event. Its liability cannot be engaged in case of: - Force majeure - Act of a third party - Participant's fault **7.2 Participant's Liability** The participant is responsible for their personal belongings and behavior during the event. They agree to: - Respect safety rules - Not disturb the smooth running of the event - Respect other participants and staff

**8.1 Image Rights** By participating in the event, the participant authorizes Afrinov Tech Expo to use their image (photos, videos) for communication and promotional purposes. **8.2 Presented Content** Content presented during the event (presentations, materials, etc.) is the property of their respective authors. Any reproduction is prohibited without authorization.

These Terms and Conditions are subject to Guinean law. In case of dispute relating to the interpretation or execution hereof, the parties will endeavor to find an amicable solution. Failing this, the courts of Conakry will have exclusive jurisdiction.

**12.1 Entirety** These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties. **12.2 Partial Nullity** If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is declared null, the other provisions shall remain in force. **12.3 Modifications** Afrinov Tech Expo reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The applicable Terms and Conditions are those in effect at the time of registration.
